I love to cook and bake for my family and friends. It’s a passion of mine. It all started when my daughter was born with a milk allergy. I quickly had to learn how to adjust recipes to be safe for my family. It took a while but I was able to adjust recipes we loved to work with our new diet restriction.

Not only do I love to cook and bake but I also love to provide my family with good food on a budget. On this page you will find links to some posts that will help you provide your family with good food and keep within your budget too.

Cheap Eats

Cheap eats are posts showcasing some of the inexpensive meals we eat or really inexpensive recipes. I’ve included cost of each ingredient and how much the whole meal will cost per person. If you need to cut your grocery budget you might consider adding one of these meals a week to your menu plan.

The frugal challenge posts are to compare the prices of eating out to making the same dishes at home. It always shocking to me to see how much more it really cost to eat out.
