Menu Plan Monday, January 30th

Do you ever have week’s where you just don’t feel like cooking?

This week I was feeling a little lazy about cooking, so I planned simple meals. To make getting dinner done easier.

Menu plan with recipe links

We haven’t had chili baked potato bar for a while so I added it to the menu plan. I also included a breakfast for dinner since those are always quick and easy to make.

And I’ll be preparing a couple of skillet dishes this week too. Skillet dishes are quick and easy to make and easy to clean up too, since you are only using one pan.

A slow cooker dish of slow cooker enchiladas is also on our list of simple and easy melas this week. They are a layered enchiladas and they are delicious. If you haven’t tried the recipe you really should give it a try.

I find that when I don’t feel like cooking, planning simple meals helps to keep us from eating out and saves me time in the kitchen too.

Here’s our menu plan for this week,

This is an easy and delicious baked donuts recipe. Who wouldn’t love double chocolate donuts that are baked to help keep the fat down? Better yet, these are also dairy free donuts too. You’ll have to see how easy these are to make. If you can measure and stir you can make them too.

Toast and Eggs

Waffles, Eggs, and Sausage
