Goals for this Week, December 29th

We had a great Christmas and I hope you did too. This week’s goals are all about planning for the new year.

I need to get our homeschooling plan done. I am working on a household planner for the new year and I need to get a plan set up for the next 3 months for the blog. I have a lot of planning ahead of me. 🙂

I did get my goals for 2014 all planned out, they will be up later this week. I’m also hoping to squeeze in some reading time since that fell by the wayside last week.

Here’s the things I accomplished this past week,

Cook Christmas Dinner

Continue advent activities with the kids

Go see Christmas lights

Write three post

Plan my 2014 goals

Read one chapter in each book, Platform and Better Than a Box (affiliate links) and Say Goodbye to Survival Mode.

Wow! I didn’t realize Crystal of Money Saving Mom had another book coming out.

I love how you focus on reading one chapter each week rather than setting a goal of reading an entire book. As a busy mom, I struggle to get through reading books; I’d do a lot better if I set myself a goal of reading a certain number of pages nightly.

    1. Crystal’s new book is great, I’m almost finished with it. Finding time to read is hard for me too. I have found having a goal of a chapter a week is so much more doable for me and helps me keep on track with my reading.
