We’ll be having a few skillet meals this week as well as eating out of the freezer too. I added a soup for one day this week since we still have the occasional cooler weather day. Soup really hits the spot on a cool spring day.

My son also requested to have beef biscuit cups. He loves them and so does the rest of us.

I like they are easy to make from scratch and we all enjoy them really well. One of these days I’m going to make a double batch so we can have some for lunch the next day. They are so popular we never have leftovers.

I’ve also included breakfast for dinner this week. It’s an easy dinner to make and who doesn’t like breakfast for dinner?!

I love cinnamon rolls but many recipes take hours to make. But this recipe can be done in a little over an hour and the rolls turn out so good. Plus there’s a step by step video of the recipe. Which is super helpful if you haven’t made cinnamon rolls from scratch before.

  1. I made one of our favorites for dinner last night…a bacon ranch chicken casserole. Three of us LOVE this casserole, but one hates it. We couldn’t understand how he could hate something that is covered in bacon and cheese!

Your menu looks yummy, as usual! Hope you have a great week 🙂
