4 Weeks to Fill Your Freezer Week #4 Desserts and Snacks

Here is my plan for the last week of 4 Weeks to Fill Your Freezer hosted by Money Saving Mom. I am following the same plan as Money Saving Mom this week. You can see Crystal’s Plan and printable shopping list here.

Here is my plan

Wednesday Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Thursday Easy Morning Glory Muffins or Muffin Mixes
Friday No Bake Energy Bites From Smashed Peas and Carrots
Tuesday Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Wednesday Chocolate Banana Bread or Chocolate Zucchini Bread (if I don’t have enough ripe bananas I will make the zucchini bread.)

I am excited to try the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins as I have been wanting to give these a try and I have some pumpkin in the freezer to use. The Morning Glory Muffins call for carrots and that is the one thing I forgot at the store. So I may make some muffin mixes for the pantry that day.

What will you be cooking for the freezer this week?

  1. We made banana bread, but none of it made it to the freezer…… 🙂

I’m going to have my daughter make a couple more batches, though, some that we can freeze, because we have at least 8-9 ripe bananas to use up.

Your freezer plan for desserts this week looks delicious!

    1. I am hoping to get all of it into the freezer as we make it. But I am not sure I will be able to. My family may want some to eat right away.

  2. You will love the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins Shell! They are one of my family’s favorites…even my husband, who says he hates all things pumpkin, will eat those muffins 🙂

    1. That is good to know Erin. My husband doesn’t like any kind of squash so I am hoping he will like these. He will eat some of my pumpkin bread so hopefully he will like these muffins. If he doesn’t I am sure the kids and myself will eat them.
